Restore your purchase
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Your unlock is tied to the store account you bought it with, not to us:
- Sign in with the account you purchased with: your Apple account on iPhone, your Google account on Android.
- Open Deckmere → Settings → Restore Purchases.
On iPhone, Family Sharing is enabled, so household members share your unlock at no extra cost. Apple and Google purchases are separate.
Importing your Anki decks
Export your deck from Anki as an .apkg (or your whole collection as a .colpkg), then open it in Deckmere from Create, Import a file. Older and current exports both work. Formatting, tags, subdecks, images, audio and cloze cards come across, and you choose whether to keep your Anki progress. Anki’s image occlusion notes and video are not imported; the import screen counts them first and a report is saved.

Make decks and subdecks, add and edit cards, then browse, search and filter what is due. On iPhone and iPad, your decks sync automatically through your private iCloud when you are signed in. Android stores them locally on the device. You can move your library between platforms with a backup file. No Deckmere account is needed.

Pro costs €12.99 once and adds images, audio, cloze and image occlusion, cards from PDFs and photos, a saved mistake list, goal dates and bulk editing. Everyone who bought Deckmere has Pro. Family Sharing is included on iOS.
- What is FSRS? A spaced-repetition scheduler that uses your previous answers to estimate when each card needs another review.

AI and data processing in this app
Deckmere can draft flashcards from notes you paste or from pages you choose in a PDF or photo, with Apple's on-device model on an iPhone or iPad that has it and Gemini Nano on an Android device that has it; everywhere else a rules-based helper on your device drafts them, and the screen says which one did. Text in PDFs and photos is read on your device. You see every draft and keep only what you want, and nothing you paste or scan is sent anywhere. The illustrations throughout the app and in the sample deck were made with an image generator and are marked as generated. The spoken words on the sample deck's audio cards are generated voices and are marked as generated.
