Support
Email support@oomny.eu and you reach real support — not a chatbot, not a deflection maze. We read every message and a person answers. Tell us what your iPhone is doing and we’ll help you sort it.
Restore your purchase
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Your unlock is tied to your Apple account, not to us:
- Sign in with the Apple account you purchased with.
- Open Cardpile → Settings → Restore Purchases.
Family Sharing is enabled — household members share your unlock at no extra cost.
Importing your Anki decks
To bring a deck over from Anki, export it as an .apkg file (in Anki: File → Export, choosing the “Anki Deck Package” format), then open it in Cardpile. Your cards, the deck name and the layout come across in seconds. If a deck is in a newer packed format Cardpile can’t read yet, the app tells you how to re-export it so the import works — write to us if it still won’t open and we’ll help.
Syncing across your devices
Cardpile syncs your decks through your own iCloud, not a server of ours. Make sure you’re signed into iCloud and that iCloud Drive is on, and your decks follow you to your other devices automatically. There’s no account to create and nothing of yours sits anywhere we can read it.
Quick answers
- Subscription? No. €9.99 once for everything, forever. The free tier is a real, usable app; one purchase lifts every cap to unlimited and raises the AI quota.
- What is FSRS? The modern spaced-repetition algorithm Cardpile uses to schedule each card for the day you’re about to forget it — less reviewing, more remembered.
- Where do my decks live? On your device, and in your own iCloud when sync is on — see the privacy policy.
- Feature ideas? Welcome — write to us. The one thing that won’t change is the buy-once promise; everything else we’re glad to hear about.
