1 The short version

The app offers a free tier and a one-time purchase for the features shown on its purchase screen. It has no subscription. Existing purchases retain the content rights they unlocked. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

2 Who we are

Deckmere is provided by Oomny B.V. Its registration and address are on our legal information page. For support, write to support@deckmere.com.

3 Your licence to the app

When you get Deckmere, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it on compatible devices you own or control, in line with the applicable platform store’s usage rules. The app, its name, design and code remain ours; please do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, except where the law expressly allows.

4 Purchases through Apple and Google

Apple handles purchases made through the App Store under the terms shown for your store. Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app licence on Apple devices. These terms supplement it for our services without limiting mandatory rights. Refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play handles purchases through its billing system. Refund eligibility follows the purchase and applicable rules; see Google Play’s refund policy. You can also contact support@deckmere.com about a purchase problem. Your statutory rights against the responsible seller or provider remain unchanged.

A one-time purchase unlocks the features shown on the purchase screen without a recurring charge. The store displays the price before you confirm. Family Sharing applies only to eligible Apple purchases where enabled. A purchase does not transfer between Apple and Google Play. Use the restore option with the store account that made the purchase.

5 Your data is yours

Your content remains yours. Our privacy policy explains storage, any network processing and deletion for this app. You control what you import, record or share and must have the rights or permission needed to do so. Keep copies of important records.

Automatically recognised or generated content can contain errors or omissions. Check it against your source before relying on it or sharing it. You can review and correct the result; the app does not guarantee its accuracy.

6 Using this website

You may use this site for your own information. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it or to anyone’s data. The content, design, names and logos on this site are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by intellectual-property law; you may not reuse them without permission.

7 Conformity and what we can’t promise

We provide Deckmere and this website with reasonable skill and care, and keep the app in conformity with what we describe, including the updates, security updates among them, needed for it to keep working as described for a reasonable time. This is in addition to your statutory rights for digital content under EU and Dutch law.

That said, no software is perfect. Deckmere and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent the law allows, not with guarantees of uninterrupted perfection. Nothing here excludes or limits any warranty or right that may not lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8 Limitation of liability

Our responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Contact support@deckmere.com if the app does not work as promised.

9 Apple

For apps obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; we are.

10 Governing law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law, including in your country of residence where that law provides. These terms do not require you to give up those rights.

11 Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top.
